Constant crashes and cant update my address

I recieved a pair of shies inside a box but the box was packaged in a bag. The box was all crushed up.

Says email address is already registered. Tried creating account w/ 2 diff email addresses. Neither work. Password reset (in event my email was used) does not work either. Going in circles. Not able to use this app at all.

When selecting a shoe it shows a list of sizes and a link to a size guide , but as a user I don’t know whether the displayed size is US or UK. The same applies if the shoe was added to the cart. Is the app being smart and using the location of the user (since the app asked for location services permission when installed)? Or is the size correlate to the price? Considering “size” is in the name of the, it’s ridiculous that it is the thing that is ambiguous . [edit] tried to make a purchase using Apple Pay and it fails saying merchant private key not found

App works smooth and gets a decent amount of Ws

The raffles are a complete rip off. They take the money out of your account without asking you. Don’t give you an option to cancel the raffles and they take over 10 business days to refund the money. Holding over $1000 for 10 business days feels like a huge rip-off

I never got to buy a single pair of shoes because this app does not work. It probably won’t change anytime soon because it’s been broken for a least a year now. Shame on you guys

Dont buy on this app or this website anymore if you dont want to lost your money! I tried to raffle on this and then they cancelled my order, then they take long time to refund! Therefore they refund is not full amount because the currency was changed but how do you think you will lost 16$ a month because they refund you late! Customer service is not help at all! Trash app and worst service

Pathetic experience, After thinking so much I ordered shoes for my occasion and it canceled without any reason.

I haven’t been able to full access the app for 2 months with every time I open the app I get the message, Our app is currently offline whilst we make a few changes, but will be back very soon.

9 outta 10 times I go into website it’s down, constantly have to keep trying to get into it. U guys should have a size chart like SNS, Sneaker go District were u can see USA, UK and many other countries size next to yours and another thing is translate ur money in the country the person is trying to buy from. Food for thought

I’m from the US and the hypebeast here make purchasing sneakers difficult but Size? Always has what you need with fast shipping!!

I always receive an error that “payment can’t be processed” when I try to do debit or even PayPal. Every other thing I try to do, there’s an error message that pops up and I’m not alone, this happens to tithes when they try to checkout on certain sneaker releases. Please fix.

Needs edge-to-edge display support though.

Hope you can save / store account in the app so that user dont need to sign in every time we go in and buy from the app.

Got all I need through this app. Great app

The Apple Pay/PayPal issue needs to be addressed. I keep getting "ApplePay token amount mismatch." It may have something to do with the conversion rate since I'm outside the U.K. Maybe an auto conversion algorithm is needed. And paying with PayPal just gets an error before you get to the sign in screen. Note: this isn't just on hyped releases/launch times.

Size? Is not only one of my favorite sites but the app is fast and easy to use most definitely one of the best apps for apparel, shoes, and etc.

I was trying to get the Henry Poole nmd r2s, I was up for until 4 in the morning and had the shoe in my basket for 2 hours😒 but the bots took all the shoes and they sold out.!!!!!!!

Love Size? and the app is as great as their brand. The app helps to keep up with all the sell out styles and checkout is much faster. Great way to keep up with Size? if you dont have your computer.

Don't order from this app or from their website. I ordered a pair of shoes and it never came. I emailed them about it but all they did was apologize for my inconvenience. Bunch of bs.

Are the shoe sizes in UK or?

To answer the review above. They are legit they have several stores in the UK. The sites currency is in British pounds though which I calculated wrong. I purchased 2 pairs of Jordans(youth) and it was 185pounds and came out to 310$usd off my debit.

Are the shoes on this app real specifically Jordan's I really want to know before I buy a pair
